As it is handmade, each product may slightly vary. It may have a natural bubble, tiny projection, black spot, or flow mark of glaze due to the nature of production process, and this can't be a reason of refund or exchange. All ceramics can be broken when it bumps something. Any product containing gold can’t be used in the microwave or dishwasher, because it is a ceramic product manually plated with gold or platinum. Never put it in an oven or directly on a burner, otherwise it may cause crack. Wash with a soft sponge as strong friction may cause damage.
